The festival welcomes all scholar year long interns students
who will be entrusted with diverse tasks according to their
qualifications.
Missions:
- Before the festival: Preparing exhibitions (taking delivery
of photos, links with artists, checking the exhibitions'
hanging and mounting, conception of the documentation of
each exhibition, welcoming international artists, preparing
vernissages…) and slide shows.
- Controling the invitations file and database, sending
programms, relations with cultural circulation firms, press
reception, etc…
- During the Festival, attending the events, relations with
European cities delegations, private and publics partners,
press…
- After the Festival : controlling the return of the works
in each country, making up the exhibitions catalogue, press
review, preparing the following exhibitions.
Profile
and skills:
- command of basic computing knowledge (word, excel, and
outlook).
- interest in exhibitions, in the cultural area.
- command of English would be an extra asset.
- motivation and flexibility, to work within a small team,
very motivated and polyvalent.
Internship
Conditions

Work Location: Lille (2 rue des Buisses for the office tasks
and 18 rue Frémy for the exhibitions in Lille).
- Unpaid internship.
- Possibility to use and be trained to the Internet
- Interesting perspectives for the following festival (2006)
